For each email sent from our system, a dashboard is generated that allows you to monitor the performance of each email and retarget your audience. For PAC solicitation emails, Democracy Direct can track pledges, provide analytics on pledge types, and reduce the pain of resoliciting your donors.

This dashboard offers performance metrics on several areas of email performance. These include:

• High level ratio metrics

• Open and click performance over the first 48 hours from email send

• Pledges

• Device metrics for both open and click performance

• Click stats for each link in your email

• Email status breakdown
