Finding Lapsed Contributors
To find lapsed contributors, you must utilize the saved search feature. The steps are broken out into the following:
[Step 1] Search for individuals with a receipt for current year and save the results as a saved search.
[Step 2] Create a new search for last years contributors.
[Step 3] Insert in the saved search as an exclusion.
[Step 4] Results will have last years contributors who have not yet contributed this year.
