We have designed the On Demand portal to be the first and best place for you to find help with common tasks you may be trying to complete in our Democracy Direct, PAC Web, and Capitol Connect platforms.

Finding the Help You Need

On Demand offers an intuitive user experience with several ways to search for and find help articles, interactive tutorials, and other tools to help answer your questions about how to complete various tasks.

Search

The search box enables you to enter keywords like “PAC contributions” or “email setup” and display a list of resources related to your topic.

Platform-specific Guides

You can click on the “Democracy Direct” callout box to see a list of major task categories for the Democracy Direct platform that will pull up a list of articles and tutorials for each category.

What to Do If You Can’t Find What You Need

Simply click on “Contact Us” in the top right corner to send us a message directly from the portal.

Contact Us is also the best way to connect with the On Demand support team who will make sure you get the help you need if you can’t find it on the portal.
